Invitation
Dear Sir/Madam,
As part of the Poland—Meetings Destination series of meetings and conferences, a half-day seminar will be held Oct. 6 at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This time, we will be discussing the Polish meetings industry and inbound tourism market. The event starts at 9 a.m. with registration and some time for participants to network. At 9:30 a.m. we will move on to addresses and discussions that will continue until 12:45 p.m. The meeting will end with a light meal served by a hotel from the Orbis Hotel Group. This will be a further opportunity to chat to other participants and make contacts.
Our main discussion topics this time are as follows:
- The development prospects of the inbound tourism market and meetings industry amid changes in the international situation.
- The art of attracting international events.
We will also float an idea about how all of us can support the introduction of tourism fees, which would give local authorities more freedom in investing in local tourism products.
We will talk about all of this and more in just four hours!
Discussion participants and speakers confirmed so far include Katarzyna Sobierajska, undersecretary of state in the Ministry of Sport and Tourism; Ireneusz Ra¶, chairman of the parliamentary committee on physical education, sport and tourism; Grzegorz Zawada, a member of the Warsaw Stock Exchange management board; Andrzej Saja, deputy president of the Chamber of Commerce of the Polish Hotel Industry; Marcin Szewczykowski, CFO of Orbis SA and a member of the company's management board; Żaneta Berus, president of the Expo XXI Center in Warsaw; Andrzej Mochoń, president of Targi Kielce; Krzysztof Celuch, head of the Poland Convention Bureau; and Jan Mazurczak, head of the Poznań Convention Bureau.
Come and join us at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, NewConnect room, Oct. 6, starting at 9 a.m. It will be four hours well spent. Registration and participation are free, but the number of participants is limited. Register now: REGISTER NOW
